Door Supervisor - 6 Days Training Course
The Level 2 Door Supervisor course is an accredited qualification which has been developed to meet the requirements of the Security Industry Authority (SIA). It is based on the relevant SIA Specifications for Learning and Qualifications and provides the necessary skills and knowledge for those who wish to apply for an SIA licence and work as a Door Supervisor.
The SIA stipulate; for you to complete the Level 2 Door Supervision course in just 6 days, you must complete some distance learning before you attend the first day of the course. Upon booking this course with us, you will be emailed all the course resources which you must study. You will need to sit and pass a 20 questions multiple-choice exam on the morning of the first day of your course to evidence that you have completed the mandatory distance learning.
FIRST AID CERTIFICATE - If you are taking Door Supervision or Security Officer training, you will need to show that you hold a current and valid First Aid or Emergency First Aid certificate that meets the requirements of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981. It is an SIA requirement that each learner is sufficiently qualified in First Aid or Emergency First Aid. This certificate must be valid for at least 12 months from the security course start date.

AIMED AT
Ideal for anyone who wishes to work in the private security industry in the United Kingdom. With the Door Supervisor licence individuals can work in any premises that offer entertainment or alcohol, a few examples are: hotels, nightclubs cinemas, stadiums, pubs etc.
We recommend all our customers to complete the Door Supervisor course over the Security Guarding course, as there is far more demand for Door Supervisors in the UK.
CERTIFICATION
Successful candidates will receive a Level 2 Award In Door Supervision certificate from an awarding body within England and Wales who are currently recognised by Ofqual and Department for Education and Skills.
COURSE DURATION
The course duration is 6 days with mandatory pre-course attendance distance learning.
